The complex consists of 30 residential units divided into 4 categories:
Type 1
This house model spans 128 m² and includes three bedrooms. It features a modern family-friendly design with a two-story structure. The facade combines white and gray plasters, accented with decorative brickwork on both the front and back walls. Each facade has appealing balconies accessible from the second-floor rooms. The house incorporates energy-efficient solutions, including standard mechanical ventilation and a heat pump for heating. The structure is finished with a hidden roof, and wide glazing enhances the building’s visual lightness.
The main entrance, situated under the front balcony’s roof, opens into an entrance hall with space for a wardrobe and seating. The living area, bathed in sunlight, extends to a terrace ideal for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to this space, the dining room connects to a practical kitchen with a peninsula and a window that floods the room with light. Both sections of the house offer easy access to the bathroom and boiler room from the corridor. The ground floor also includes an impressive fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.
Type 2
This stunning house model spans 173 m² with four bedrooms and a garage, seamlessly blending modern design with functionality. Upon entry, the foyer welcomes you with spacious wardrobes and a cozy bench seat, connecting to the garage. The open-plan living area features expansive terrace glazing, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Type 3
Type 4
This house model is 121 m² and includes three bedrooms, similar to Type 1 but with a slightly smaller area. It maintains a contemporary design suitable for families, featuring a two-story layout. The exterior blends white and gray plasters, complemented by decorative brickwork that embellishes both the front and rear walls. Balconies accessible from the second-floor rooms further enhance the appeal. Energy-saving solutions like standard mechanical ventilation and a heat pump are integrated into the design. The structure features a hidden roof and wide glazing to create a light and airy feel.
