Our design project meticulously outlines every planning stage, and the project documentation package includes
- 3D visualization of all rooms
- Creating an existing situation (taking measures in person)
- Defining style with furniture arrangement - Ready or Customized (in agreement with the client)

Architectural details with bases and sections for:
- Arrangement of floors with a starting point (parquet, tile, etc.)
- Suspended ceilings (bases and sections for each characteristic detail)
- Walls (detailed description and drawing for wall treatment)
- Windows and doors (creation of carpentry scheme with specification of material, handle type, opening side)
- Pre-measurement for construction and trade works
- Detailed drawing of custom furniture - kitchen, closets, children’s rooms, bedrooms, etc. with full specification of materials, handles, mechanisms, and opening method
- Specification of sanitary elements with technical drawings for their installation
- List of finished furniture (in agreement with the client) and places from where to get it
- Choice of light (in agreement with the client) and place from where it can be purchased

After drafting the project documentation, we can offer a set of supervision and monitoring of the construction with the aim of realizing the project and controlling the investor’s investment.
